What this does

Reads the video-posting email you paste, extracts each video's title, content, YouTube ID, meta description, and thumbnail, then fills a WordPress New Post page for you — title, body, Yoast meta description, ACF YouTube ID, category, and author. It does not upload the thumbnail or hit Publish; you finish those by hand.

Before you click Fill

1. Important Set the WP body editor to Code, not Visual. The content fills into the Code/Text view.
2. Make sure the pasted email includes the Niche label (e.g. Funeral Homes, Home Improvement, Home Care) so it lands under the right site — only the selected niche's videos show up.
3. Pick the matching Niche in the dropdown above (it auto-switches to match the tab you're on).
4. Open the New Post page on that niche's site. The status bar turns green when Fill is ready.

Step by step

1. Paste the full task email into the box below and click Extract. Copy straight from Outlook — bullets, bold and links are preserved. Check the card's formatted preview before filling.
2. Open a New Post page on the correct site and switch the editor to Code.
3. Click Fill This Post on the card you want.
4. Wait Don't click or type anything until you see Filled ✓ — the extension is filling several fields in sequence and interrupting it can leave fields blank.
5. Check the content — compare the filled body against the email to confirm it matches and nothing was cut off.
6. Click Download Thumbnail, then manually upload it as the post's Featured Image.
7. Set the Publish date to the email's date at 5:00 AM (per SOP), then Publish or save as draft.

Good to know

• Formatting is preserved. Bulleted lists, bold and hyperlinks from the email carry through to the post as real <ul>, <strong> and <a> markup. Italic is intentionally dropped — these emails italicize the whole content block as a house style, so it would just wrap the entire post in <em>. The Yoast meta description is always plain text.
• Author is auto-set to Welton Hong (only if the Author box is enabled in Screen Options).
• Everything runs locally in your browser — no data is sent anywhere.
• Funeral Homes posts get both Funeral and Videos categories; the others get Videos.
